I have a Doorbell  video camera that  worked  fine for 5 years.  Suddenly the  doorbell  went silent.  Called  Support and  did all the troubleshooting. Still not working. Called electrician, both devices are  energized and worked  when not paired.Added a " jumper  cable " and still the doorbell is silent. I have a  Chime  so distance is not an issue.  Any suggestions? Thanks!
