doorbell keeps going offline

I have only had this connected for 2 weeks. it worked fine for 6 days then went offline. i tried every suggestion for getting it back on line but nothing works. i purchase a chime pro to help the wi-fi signal and that worked for another 7 days now nothing works. the chime pro is connected and says it has a strong signal, but the doorbell will not connect to either my wi-fi or the chime pro network. HELP I am beyond frustrated with this doorbell. all of my other wi-fi devices are working just fine.
