I have the Wired Doorbell Pro. It has worked flawless until about 1 month ago. It has went offline and I cannot get it back online. I have done everything to include reinstalled the whole device and App. When I try to install and connect through the app, it cannot locate the device. I have not changed WIFI or any settings. It does have power at the device. Is it possible that the device is no longer working? Yes. But if there is anything that could be suggested that I have not tried yet, I would love to hear it. Any suggestions or advice?
