Question

Good morning,My device has been offline for about a week now. I have tried everything I have been able to find online. It is hard wired, and have removed it from the source for around 10-15 minutes. When I got to factory reset it and hold the little reset button in, the light doesn't illuminate to indicate a reset. I have held it up to a minute to try to reset it. What should I try next?
