Chime not connecting to doorbell

I can connect doorbell to Alexa but not the chime provided in box (video doorbell 3 + video).Seems customer service to complete an installation does not exist which is truly pathetic in this day and age, especially for an Amazon company.Anybody got any hints or tips otherwise it is refunded.
