Changed WiFi router password, ring won’t connect
I changed my WiFi password and lost connection to my ring doorbell pro. I go into setup mode to reconnect and it keeps telling me I’ve entered a wrong password, but I never entered a password.

Hi @Brad21911. What I would suggest first is to reboot your internet router. Once your wifi has restored, open up the Ring app and go to- Menu \> Devices \> Ring Pro \> Device Health \> Change Wifi Network and then follow the on screen prompts. Once you get the pop up that reads, "In a previous setup, you connected to (XYZ Network)...", select Cancel. This will direct you to a list of wifi networks. Select your wifi network and you will be able to enter in your new wifi password. Let us know if this worked for you!

None of the devices will let me connect and I can't rename my router to the old one because the provider is not letting that happen. It is very frustrating because it seems to be a technology problem. I was able to reconnect other devices with no issues. All I had to do was enter on the new router name and password. Very disappointed. I can't even get the doorbell to connect.
