Cant connect to new router
Had new router. Tried to connect door bell to new WiFi network but having no luck. It repeatedly tells me it didn't work and try again. Anybody got any advice? Thanks in anticipation of your help

- SI had the same problem with my Doorbell 2. Here's what worked for me: tapped on camera, went to settings/device settings/general settings. Tapped on "remove device" then on the next screen tapped "reconnect this device". Follow instructions which will get you, eventually, to your new router password. It's pretty convoluted, not intuitive but it worked!•

- FSame issue. Just replaced my Spectrum service with TMobile. I used the same SSID and password when I configured the TMobile router and most devices connected to the new router fine. The router has 2.4GHz and 5Ghz and I set the network to automatic. The my Ring Peephole doorbell camera and a Roku 4K box were the only devices that would not reconnect. I'm guessing these devices either cache something in their network settings or have issues with the automatic bands on the router. I was able to reconnect the Ring by setting up a second SSID on the router and configuring it to only handle 2.4GHz.•
