Cannot change WIFI on wired ring doorbell

I need to change my WIFI name/password on my wired ring doorbell. The light remains solid white and will not allow a new WIFI connection to occur. I disconnected the doorbell and reconnected it and still the same behavior. Any ideas on how to fix it?

Hi @user_d6cbb4. In order to connect your Doorbell to your new network, you need to put the Doorbell in setup mode. When you press the setup button on the doorbell, does it not start spinning white?
