Any clarity on this yet?
I know this has been asked before, but I was unable to find an answer (yet) stating what was up when someone has multiple affected devices registered, and currently functioning, on my account, and only received one code...
I received an email saying my Ring Video Doorbell 2 will cease from functioning on 11/15/2025 and was given a promo code to get a new one. My question is, I have TWO Ring doorbell video 2's on my account that I am using. Which one is affected, and if both are, why wouldn't I have received two codes?
