Alexa app does not show wide angle view of Ring Doorbell Pro 2024

Initially it did right after install. But since that point it only shows a view like it's predecessor, Ring Doorbell 3. The functionality and view are just fine in the Ring app. But now it shows a regular or non wide angle view in the Alexa app. It also views fine on my LG TV via the late model of the Fire TV Cube.I believe I've done everything: Removed and reinstalled the Alexa app. Disabled and enabled the Ring skill Factory reset the Ring Doorbell Pro 2024, at least twice and repeating the steps above along with initial setupOne of the main reasons for having bought this doorbell is the wide angle so I can now see if packages are delivered and get notified. I know I can use the Ring app but I've been using the Amazon eco system and wanted the convenience of using just the Alexa app as it has everything setup through it. Customer service has me simply repeating the same steps. Amazon asked me to go to Ring technical support.
