4k Wired Doorbell - Snapshot Issue

Hello everyone, I recently installed the ring 4k wired doorbell and the snap only takes one every hour. I have the setting set to 1 minute, but it doesn’t do that. I’ve tried changing the settings and redoing it, rebooting the device, taking it off the WiFi and reconnecting it. Nothing works. It just takes a snapshot once an hour. Was wondering if I could have some assistance with this as it is brand new. Thanks!

here is a screen recording showing the interval of the snapshot. I have it set to every 3’ right now. My app is the latest version: 5.114.1

Hi @user_ecbd85. Thank you for sharing which troubleshooting steps you have already tried. If possible, can you please share a short screen recording showing the snapshots appearing at the incorrect interval on the timeline? Additionally, which version of the Ring app are you on?
