Hi I have a 1st generation doorbell and when the doorbell button was pushed I used to get an inside ring in my house of my doorbell. Now that is happening intermittently at best (my phone still shows the doorbell notification). When I go to device settings or to notifications there is no option for mechanical doorbell. Is there some setting I can change or a connection I can check to get this to work again? I’ve had the doorbell for less than 3 years and it’s out of the weather. it seems like it’s too soon for it to break.
