Ring app requiring a lot of space to upgrade

I have a Samsung Galaxy 9+. Today, 7/18/26, my ring app says I must upgrade, but I don't have enough space. The phone has listed a short list of several important apps as choices to delete none of which seem suitable to me. The update seems to require a great deal of space (although it doesn't say how much) because I selected 3 and they weren't enough. Why is this happening? What can I do? Can I add space to my phone?

Hi @user_4f8e7e. If there are any apps you no longer use, try uninstalling those apps to free up more space. If this issue persists, you would have to check with your cell phone provider to inquire if more storage can be added to your phone.
