Notifications don’t work
troubleshooting
I have a ring intercom and I don’t get notifications, it says you will when turning calls off but it doesn’t work? So I have to open the app if I know someone is there and press open and this only works 1/3 times?

Just to add to this I use iOS and it’s all setup correct, I get notifications once the door has been opened just not one for when someone wants to come in
