I have tried everything. My ring will pick up motions but will not alert me. The sound is on nothing is disabled.I read about an Apple Watch being on could keep it from working but I turned it off. Nothing yet!!What to do ? I don’t want to pay for something if not going to work 🤦🏻♀️
