My wired flood light camera will not connect to wifi. It has power as the floodlights will come on when motion activated and all other equipment is connected to my Wi-Fi. It is mounted in the eve of my roof so the buttons on the camera are not easily accessible. How can I get it to reconnect? Help please

Hi @snbolton. Follow these steps to reconnect your Floodlight Cam to wifi in the Ring App:
1. Tap on the three lines on the top left to open the menu.
2. Tap Devices.
3. Select your Floodlight Cam. The next screen is the Device Dashboard.
4. Tap on Device Health.
5. Tap on Reconnect to Wifi or Change Wifi Network.
You may need to physically access the Floodlight Cam in order to press the button on the top to get it into setup mode, as the device needs to be in setup mode to connect to wifi. You can also find these steps, along with more information, in our Help Center Article here. If you're unable to complete these steps, or need further assistance, please reach out @Ring on Facebook, X, or Instagram.
