Warranty Replacement
I am going in circles trying to get a warranty Replacement of a stick-up cam. I’ve spoken to a representative and done all the troubleshooting procedures. The rep. Agreed that it needs to be replaced. She gave me a phone number to call which is manned by AI. AI told me to get in touch with ring community. I don’t see anywhere to get a warranty replacement on this forum either. Help!

My souse-Matthew was on the phone with Iris from ring for 90 minutes troubleshooting the ring cam. It was unsuccessful. We asked her to send us to advanced tech support. She said they are unavailable and it's our responsibility to call and try to get them. Our ring cam was bought at the end of January 2026, and we were gone from our 2nd home until now. We have tried everything to troubleshoot this problem. When is it approved to return this cam and get a new one sent to me?
They were terrible at customer service and a warranty. Look at the documentation, the camera is not working and has not been. When do you say , ok we will send you a new working camera. The is obviously a lemon.
