Updating WiFi Password for Floodlight-directions Doni't work

I have been trying for hours to update the wifi password in my Ring Floodlight and I don't know what else to try. Any suggestions are appreciated.- I have followed the directions on the app. I go through all the prompts, use the same exact wifi address that worked before the password change. It will try to connect, the light will blink green (which is supposed to indicate success) while verbally telling me it did not connect.Every time I do this, when I get to the choose the wifi the old password still populates.- I have cut power for a few hours to see if that would restart things. Nope- I have done the factory reset by pressing the button on the top of the camera. Nope.- I have deleted and reinstalled the app. Nope.This is not the first time the floodlight cam has been fickle like this, but this is the longest and I'm losing patience. If anyone can help tell me what would work to fix this, I'd appreciate it!!
