Thumbnail image not updating on dashboard
I have the new 4k Ring Outdoor Camera Pro Plug-In and the image on the dashboard does not update every 25-30 seconds like the other cameras do.
Snapshot update is every 15 seconds.
Is this a known issue or does anyone have a fix 🙏?

Hi @Labrajaws. Thank you for that information. Try rebooting your Camera using the Ring app to see if it helps. You also want to make sure your Camera has good signal strength. Hi @Labrajaws. What type of phone do you have and what version of the Ring app is installed? What is the interval that the thumbnail is updating on your phone?
