Since July I can download videos to my phone but can’t share them with my family via WhatsApp or upload to social media (I have a wildlife garden camera) and just get the message “
This item cannot be shared.
Please select a different item.”
I’ve tried everything to fix it and it’s never previously been a problem. Is anyone else having this issue?

Hi @user_07e4b7. Can you tell me what type of phone you have and what version of the Ring app/WhatsApp is downloaded? Are you using a VPN? Are you on cellular data or wifi? This will help me figure this out.
