swap plan from doorbell to security lights/camera
i have a basic plan on my doorbell but have recently bought a security lights/camera, i would like to swap the plan over from bell to camera as i do not need both, is this possible

yes i know it’s for just the one device, but didn’t know if it could be swapped, definitely won’t be cancelling after paying £50 as still have 7 months left to run, shame amazon bought ring out, as i think they have got greedy with the yearly fee, if it was still £15 i would!! thanks for your help

C@user_0f4511 The refund policy is covered in the article I linked in my previous reply. If you cancel an annual plan, you’ll receive a prorated refund for any unused time. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to process.

Hi @user_0f4511. The Ring Basic plan applies to only one Ring Doorbell or Security Camera. It cannot be swapped from one device to another. In this case, you can cancel the Basic plan on your doorbell and subscribe to a new plan for your camera. If you were interested in having access to video recording on both devices, the Plus plan would be a better fit.
