Hi @user_1509a4. I'm glad to hear you were able to get this resolved! Dual-band routers can be tricky sometimes, so it was a good idea to split the 2.4GHz and 5GHz connections.

After a lot of research and trying to connect my stick up cam to new router I finally cracked it...I hope this works for other routers After spitting the two networks I to 2 and 5 ghz The reboot your cam by pressing red button for a minute. The try applying new network via device health It worked for me ....good luck
