Stick Up Cam Plug-In (3rd Gen) & Pan-Tilt mount: Home Position Calibration Fail
This is my 4th Ring Camera. Just added a Stick Up Cam Plug-In (3rd Gen) outdoors with a Pan-Tilt mount. Camera works fine and rotates and moves properly when I use manual control in app. I'm trying to fine tune my "home position" and the calibration feature fails. When I try to set a new home position, the camera enters "calibration" mode, move once or twice toward the left and then gets stuck. The camera has free movement through its entire range of motion when I control position manually, but it seems to "jam" every time I try to calibrate to reset the home position. I have rebooted the camera and my phone (Samsung S24 Ultra Android) and all attempts to reset the camera home position fails but all other camera functions and app features work as designed. Seems to be a software calibration glitch. Anyone know of a solution? Searching I see others have had similar problems in the past but no clear solutions posted other than reboot everything (which I have done multiple times).

Justin, I have tried but I don't have hours to wait for a real person to answer the call. I setup a new closer access point today and was trying to change the network settings without getting a ladder to get to the reset button. The RING Help article explains the following: You can choose to use Movement or the Setup Button to reconnect. If your camera is too high to easily access the button, choosing Movement will reconnect your device to wifi by using the camera's Motion Detection . That "Movement option" is not showing in any of my Android or Apple devices. Called for support help and got the usual message about longer wait times than usual. Love your products but the help options need work......
