Spotlight lens cover falling off
The lens cover on my spotlight camera is falling off. From a quick Google, looks like a pretty common problem. Anyone else had this? Can I just glue it back on?Being told by customer services the warranty doesn't cover any physical manufacturing faults. And no way to complain or escalate. (Although I'm welcome to buy another one...)

The exact same thing is happening to me however I purchased mine over the 1 year warranty. It was working fine but just recently at night you cannot see out of it due to the lens cover popping out. Did you find out if you can glue the cover back on? I would like to know any tricks to get back on to work properly. Disappointed the spot light is defective within 2 years.

Hi @user_8aed67. You can read out warranty policy here. If the device was dropped and that caused the lens to come off, that is not covered. However, if the lens has come off due to a defect in materials and workmanship, you will be covered as per our warranty policy. Please send us a private message on Facebook or X @Ring or give our support team a call at one of the numbers available here.
