Spotlight Cam Plus won't power up with plug in power

I've talked with tech support and gone through all of the steps. My Spotlight Cam will not power up with plug in power (ordered with plug in power kit). Settings are correct. Press and hold camera button for 20sec. Tech Support had me try holding the button down for 1min...They only way it will power up is to install a battery from one of my other spotlight cams. Then the app states that battery is not receiving power/not charging, whatever the message is. Even the tech support guy stated that "yep, something is wrong with your unit". Offered me 30% off of a new one - This unit was purchased through Amazon.ca in March 2025 and should have a 1 year warranty. Trying to contact anyone that can assist with getting a replacement unit that works would be appreciated. Have had no luck so far.

    Hi @user_96cb50. Do you have the link to the specific camera and power kit you purchased from Amazon? If the plug-in power cable is a third party cable, that could be why the camera is not powering on correctly.

      I have the exact same issue. Purchased in April 2025. Didn't work reliably with motion and lights initially. Now dead in the water. Crawled through the roof to check power, cords, changed electrical etc. Nothing.
