Solar drains my battery

Whenever I plug in my ring solar panel to my stick up camera it immediately drains my battery.
I bought a new camera thinking it was a problem with the camera, charged the battery overnight and battery was 100%,plugged my solar in and within half an hour battery was at 5%.
Anyone got any idea what's causing it ,appreciate any ideas thanks

Hi @user_1ab6a1. It's possible it's a visual bug, since it's highly unlikely the battery could drain that much in such a short amount of time. Make sure your Ring app is updated, and use the reboot option on the Device Health page. If this problem persists, our support team can take a closer look.
