Sent Wrong Adaptor (in Ireland), (Edited per community guidelines) Did Not Help
Logged in through my account in Ireland, where I have the app set up and outdoor cameras. Location set in Ireland.
Went onto store, ordered 4 indoor cameras. Received EU 2-pronged adaptors which are wrong for Ireland (Ireland uses 3-pronged similar to UK).
I called customer support, literally put on hold for 27 minutes before being told I should return them and order from Amazon UK.
That's ridiculous. Firstly, just send me the right adaptors. Secondly, I get a discount by purchasing through my Irish Ring account as I am already a subscriber (with my outdoor cams).
When I told the CS agent this, and why they sent the European adaptors and cannot send me the correct adaptors used in Ireland, he provided the most nonsensical, unhelpful answer: "well Ireland is in Europe, isn't it?"
Absolutely ridiculous.
