I have bought the stick up cam battery 3rd generation I’m having a lot of issues with the connectivity the camera is very slow to load on my phone. It’s not what I expected I upgraded my WiFi router to a nighthawk mesh WiFi 6 thinking it would help and I continue to have the same issue. I’m really thinking of returning the item I see a lot of people having the same type of issue. Can any one give me advice before I return this product I have only installed 1 out of 3 cameras I also have a ring chime connected to the camera but no change.
