My ring Stick up camera has failed or been corrupted after a firmware update yesterday afternoon, it virtually stopped working immediately after completing the update. All attempts to make it re-join my Wi-Fi network has failed even when directly if front of the router, no other Wi-Fi devices have any problem.
On attempting to re-join the Wi-Fi it constantly asks to join the "Ring Setup 0a" which does not exist.
Serial Number : G9E31S0133430AL2
I'm looking for a replacement under warranty

Hi @user_8cgin6. What type of phone are you using, and what version of the Ring app is installed? During the setup, if you navigate to your phones wifi settings, does the Ring AP broadcast there?
