I would like to suggest ring to 

(1) add a volume control on the smart response/ motion warning , as some area and hours the warning is too loud and disturbing the surrounding neighbors 

(2) add different kind of announcements at a different time. 

(3) Schedule the announcements to be off during certain days and hours.
