Ring Pro camera Low bandwidth on Ethernet

Hello
I just added my Ring Pro camera to the POE Ethernet from WiFi however the bandwidth on a live connection fluctuates between 10mbs and lower while viewing. Basically how it was running while on WiFi.
any ideas to help improve or is this normal?
