Ring Pan-Tilt Indoor Cam won’t turn on

My camera suddenly stopped working—no lights at all when plugged in.
What I’ve tried so far:
- Different outlets
- Unplug/replug after a minute
- Holding the setup/reset button
- Checking cable connections
Still nothing. Could this be the power adapter, pan-tilt base, or a defective camera? Any advice would help! Can they replace my camera with a new one?
