RING is the WORST - do NOT buy RING cameras
First and foremost the RING cameras are NOT security cameras. A $25 wifi blocker will nullify the cameras. I learned so when I was robbed and discovered that the 5 cameras around the house were blocked with this $25 wifi blocker. (Ask any police officer - they were the ones that suggested that the wifi blocker was the likely culprit when they came to my house after I was robbed. And Ring confirmed it when I called and asked.)
And it is funny - Ring has the never to call their cameras "Ring Security Cameras" - frankly the Better Business Bureau should look into them as they are NOT security.
Secondly, although RING is owned by Amazon - they cannot deliver replacement cameras in less than 3 to 6 weeks. Although you can certainly buy a new one from Amazon and have it delivered the same day in most cases - if you have a problem (and you will) with your replacement camera it will take 3 to 6 weeks to get a replacement.
And in my lucky case, they sent the wrong cameras - so I get the added benefit of waiting another 3 to 6 weeks for replacements.
And watch it - I have caught them sending me "refurbished" replacement cameras!!! So you get someone else's broken camera when you send your broken camera back to them!
And don't even waste your breathe on asking for some sort of compensation for being robbed or installation cost. They will either offer you a discount code to spend more money on their crap or just get laughed off the phone.
All in I estimate that I am into Ring for about $3K between cameras, installation cost, trips to UPS to return, and the theft. I WASTED MY MONEY!!!
Again, RING IS NOT A SECURITY COMPANY. It is merely a door bell. I very OVER priced door bell.
Do NOT waste your money on RING!!!!

Hi @user_725a40. Wi-Fi signal interference can affect the performance of any Wi-Fi enabled device. Issues with connectivity can be linked to a number of causes, including broadband network failures and high internet traffic.
