Ring floodlight failed, can't factory reset.

Hello, I have 2 floodlights that no longer work. They are Ring Floodlight Cam Wired Pro with Bird’s Eye View and 3D Motion Detection (2021 release).
I tried resetting them by pressing the reset button for 30 seconds, but that does nothing. The floodlight has power, the 2 lamps stay on permanently.
When I try to reset them (top button, 30 seconds), the lights stay on all the time. It never goes into setup mode.
