Ring Floodlight died tonight
LEDs on the light flicker and one side comes on about 10%. The device is not working. I chatted with customer svc, they directed me to call 1-XXXXXXXXXX. I've tried now about 3 or 4 times, can't get through to a human being. I've got the Protect Plus (1st Gen) so I'm looking for the easiest path to obtain a warranty claim.

Update- finally got through. Started going through the checklist but had to abort at the siren test (8pm is too late in the evening) and the factory reset test (10 degrees outside, plus not climbing 12 ft on a ladder at night).

As it turns out, there is no easiest path. The technical support checklist was completed today in 10°F temperature, and warranty replacement was approved. Altogether, probably spent about 90 minutes on the phone with Ring support across two separate phone calls.
