Ring floodlight can pro no night view

Hi, I have a ring floodlight cam pro and the night view doesn’t work at all it is just a foggy white, I can only get an image if I turn the floodlights on. It’s as if the camera has fogged up but it works perfectly when I turn the floodlight on. Any thoughts as I’ve cleaned the lens and check for reflections on anything nearby, but nothing.

Hi @user_e1e6ac. Can you please share an example screenshot or video showing what the view looks like at night? Also, have you rebooted the Floodlight Cam using the reboot option on the Device Health page?
