Ring Camera wired Picture quality

Note how you can't hardly see across the street because of the brightness of the picture. I don't know what's causing this. This is something new that started a couple months ago and I have been trying to correct but with not success. Hi @e1ff0b100ff8dcc03fb7. Are you able to try repositioning or re-angling your Stick Up Cam at all? The contrast between the darker walls on either side of the Cam's view compared to the brightly lit street on the far side is what is causing the view to appear so washed out. Bringing a bit more light and less of the darker walls into the Cam's view should help balance out the contrast. :)

Caitlyn Thanks for your reply. I will give that a try however I will loose the area I want to cover. That being said, I will try different position's to see if those changes make a difference. This camera is on the North side of the House, facing North and due to the time of year it may be the lack of sun light. I will let you know what I find. Jeff
