troubleshooting

Hi !

I have three Ring Floodlight cameras that are too high to push the buttons. Is there anyway to reset the WiFi on the Ring app ?

Hi @user_94af8e. You can follow the steps outlined here to reconnect your device to wifi. Are you prompted with the option to use movement instead of the setup button to connect the camera? Depending on where you're located, you might not have this as an option, and will need to use the setup button.

Had the same problem. Try cutting the power. I turned off the breaker. Turned it back and I was able to set it up
