Replacement bottom cap for stick up camera?

Hey community.
My wife and I just moved into a new home and acquired a few stick up cameras that were already on the property - we also purchased a few new ones.
One of the existing stick up cameras (outside, latest version, battery) is missing the bottom cap (battery cover cap). I've done a ton of searching and cannot find anything for a replacement part. Am I alone in this quest? Perhaps someone has made these via 3D print?
Any advice is appreciated.
Thanks!

- JI know this thread is old however, someone stole my bottom cover. I called Ring and was told they do not keep an inventory of parts. Very surprised about that.•

- JHi @Millissaaw84. As mentioned in the solution, the next best step would be to contact our support team for assistance with this type of concern.•

- UHi everyone, I just went through three calls about this part and the first two times they sent me the wrong part. I called a third time (7/7/23) and they said they do not stock the part. What? Then how do they manufacture and sell the Stickup Camera? This makes absolutely no sense. My story is that I dropped the camera 8 ft to the concrete driveway, and the camera still worked! But the cap got cracked. This is so unbelievable, a big company like Ring and they can't provide spare parts, something as simple and basic as a battery bottom cover. I'm goin to try to get to someone at the factory and if I am successful I will report back here. Just like Commander Quincy Taggart on Galaxy Quest, "Never Give Up, Never Surrender!"•

- UOk everyone, after a 4th torturous chat with customer service, they finally decided to send me a new stick up cam. Since I was still under warranty. Gosh come on, it would have been much cheaper to just send me a new cap. Oh and when they ask you for the Mac id for the camera that is on the outside of your house, when you next change the battery, take a picture of the label on the inside. Keep all these numbers in a file or 3 x 5 card. It is huge hassle when they are trying to verify your account. Enjoy, John Reynolds, San Jose CA•
