No Car Cam Notifications that Video is reaady to download

I have a Ring Car Cam with the Protect go subscription. When trying to down a clip of the video it says it needs to upload the video to Ring servers for processing and with notify me when it is ready to download. The problem is I never get a notification that it is ready so there is nothing to download! It doesn't matter if I try it on an Android phone or an Apple iPad, the video is never ready to download. Is the car cam now just a piece of junk and Ring is trying to milk more money out of people for subscriptions? How do I get the feature I am paying for?

Hi @user_59b8d6. With an active Ring Protect Go subscription, you should be able to download videos from your Car Cam using these steps. Make sure your Ring app is fully updated, and ensure you have location sharing enabled for the Ring app. If this issue persists, our support team can take a closer look at what's causing it.
