My i8 died. In transferring all apps to the new iPhone, my camera and doorbell work, however, I only get haptic feedback. Despite the sound alarms being turned on and selected. I still only get the haptic vibration and a screen notification, no sound feedback. I am guessing the "sounds" did not transfer over when the cloud info downloaded. Do I have to delete and re-install the app? Will I have to reconfigure everything once again?Thanks

    Hi @user_2818c3. What iOS version do you have and what Ring app version do you have? The Ring app has a minimum iOS requirement to run specific version of the Ring app. If you are not up-to-date, you can lose some funtionality
