My stick up has full battery but will show critical battery

I have had two ring stick up cams and both have had a issue with the app saying battery is critical low. It goes into updating firmware and then it says battery is low and won’t show live view

- CHi neighbors! Try resetting your Stick Up Cam by holding down the setup button for 20 seconds. After the reset is done, walk through a fresh setup in the Ring App using the steps under Set Up a Device. It should then register the appropriate battery level since it wasn't doing so previously. Let me know if that helps. :)•
