Hi @HertsGT8. As @SolarEclipse mentioned, you will need to be able to physically access the Ring devices in order to follow the set up flow in the Ring app. You will be asked to scan the QR code that is located on the back of the device and you will need to put the device into setup mode by accessing the setup mode on the device itself. One of the challenges with resetting a Ring doorbell or other devices is accessing the reset button or QR code behind the faceplate due to having a stripped security screw.  How do I remove this screw?

Hi @user_b26429. You can try placing a rubber band over the screw before you attempt to unscrew it. If that doesn't work, try twisting it with a pair of needle nose pliers. I hope this helps.
