I'm not the primary account holder for our system, which is *I guess* why I can't see "Motion Settings" for any devices in the app (iOS), but I can't find any reference to this anywhere, or really understand the reason that would be the case, if indeed it is. Does anyone know?

There is a motion schedule assigned to 2 of our cameras (by the original master account holder) but 4 others are constantly pinging me still.

    Hi @user_48b598. Ring devices can only have one Owner, which is the account the devices are set up under. In this case, you were added as a Shared User. Shared Users do not have access to device settings, such as Motion Schedules. However, you can turn the Motion Alerts toggle on and off for each device, as this toggle only controls alerts for your phone.
