Lens cover fallen off on Ring Floodlight camera

Hi, my lens cover on my ring floodlight camera has also fallen off. It has been up for just over a year. I contacted Ring support who said it could not be replaced and I would need a whole new camera. They said the lens cover was not under warranty, as it was not a water ingress issue. They then offered 30% off full price cameras only. It could not be used with other offers. So in effect nothing! I must admit I had expected better from this company on what is clearly a design issue. Any ideas how to fix it back on?
