I’m reaching out because my camera has stopped detecting people, even though it still sends motion detection alerts.

The issue started recently—I noticed that the last "Person" detection was on January 8th. 

Since then, all motion events involving people are only being classified as general motion, not as "People."

I haven’t made any changes to the camera settings, so I’m unsure what could have caused this.

Could you help me understand why the camera is no longer identifying people and how to resolve this issue?
