Indoor cam keeps going offline

I have an indoor camera that keeps going offline. I have done all and everything to get it back to stay online. it will go online but every couple hours it goes offline. I have 7 cameras and this is the only one that is faulty. I have contacted support and they haven't help. I may need a replacement. ![indoor|690x370](upload://6g71pc4dnc1qnjH9f87UBr4JL3E.jpeg)
