how to unenroll devices from

hi during my ring trial for adding a new device was able to turn on vehicle detection from my floodlights, after adding my ring alarm and getting that ring trial i am unable to turn it on due to the device being enrolled into VSG which i never did.now after the ring alarm trial has ended, i started a subscription into ring premium with professional monitoring, but my floodlight still wont let me turn vehicle detection on and has the red warning banner stating its enrolled into vsg
