How to get date and timeline of recorded videos to appear on downloads

When viewing recorded history on ring camera, there is a timeline showing the actual time of the recording. When I download the video through ring app, that timeline is not included. You just see video with no information for when video was taken.

Hi @user_12e7ec. When you download a video, you will not see the Event History Timeline, but you will see a small timestamp in the bottom right corner indicating when the video was taken. Are you on iOS or Android? Do you have an example of a downloaded video that does not have a timestamp?
