Glass/plastic disc cover over lens droppng off

I have a RING floodlight cam pro. The camera and lights work fine - and the image is great but over the last few days the disc of glass/plastic keeps coming loose which means I dont get a clear image as the disc creates a problem.
1. Should that disc be fixed on - or is this something I should have removed when installing it
2. If it is integral and protects the lens itself how can I make it stay put ?? I don't want the lens to be damaged by the weather.

- II’ve got exactly the same problem Can you please let me know what to do to fix it. The plastic disc is half on half off and keeps popping out. •

- NSame issue here. It fell and broke in half. Now I don't have a way to replace and they gave me a discount code instead. I am a little disappointed, you would think they'd keep some replacement of those glass cover which probably cost them less than $1. It's definitely a flaw in the design.•

UI am having the same issue and was very surprised by the support rep I spoke with. Since my camera is no longer covered by warranty there was nothing he could do. I could buy a new one. I just wanted to know where to buy a replacement cover.
